Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wearrush Ads website and services provided by ADRENASHOP LLC ("Wearrush Ads", "we", "us"). By applying for or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Wearrush Ads provides agency advertising accounts on third-party platforms (such as Meta and Google), account top-up and billing services, and optional media buying and creative services ("Services").

2. Eligibility and onboarding

You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business. We may request business information and verification documents, and we may accept or decline any application at our discretion.

3. Platform policies

You must comply at all times with the advertising policies, terms and community standards of each platform you advertise on. Wearrush Ads does not provide, and will not assist with, any method of circumventing platform enforcement, including cloaking, misleading landing pages or creating accounts to evade restrictions. Violations may result in immediate suspension of the Services.

4. No guarantees on platform decisions

Ad platforms make independent decisions about ad approvals, spending limits, reviews and account restrictions. Wearrush Ads does not control these decisions and does not guarantee that any account will remain active, receive a specific spending limit or achieve specific results.

5. Top-ups and fees

• Ad account balances are prepaid by you through Wearrush Ads.
• A top-up fee applies according to your plan, as shown on our pricing page or in your agreement.
• Funds are credited to your ad account after the payment is confirmed. Processing times vary by payment method.
• Ad spend is consumed at the rates charged by the platform.

6. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your ads, products, landing pages, claims and legal compliance, including consumer protection, data protection and intellectual property laws. You will indemnify Wearrush Ads against claims arising from your advertising.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the Services if you breach these Terms or platform policies, if required by a platform, or for fraud or chargeback risk. Refunds of unused balances on termination are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wearrush Ads is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or losses caused by platform decisions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Wearrush Ads in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
